I believe that everyone has a celebration that makes their heart beat a little faster. As a true Northeastern girl, it couldn't be any other festival.

She had every reason to hate this festivity: she was born with a forró name and shares her birthday with the saint's festivities! However, despite this, she has always nurtured a strong sentiment for this Northeastern tradition. I should say, she had nurtured this feeling, because lately, the festival has not brought back good memories due to past traumas she is still trying to overcome.

But this year, she has decided to give the festival a second chance, and the universe promises to do everything it can to convince her that São João is her true passion, including an unusual encounter with a tourist during a city celebration.
